Mobile App Redesign
For this project, I challenged myself to work with this client on an outdated mobile app and completely reimagine it for today’s users. The original app had great potential but felt cluttered, outdated, and unintuitive. My goal was to transform it into a modern, engaging, and user-friendly experience that not only looked better but worked smarter.
The redesign process began with analyzing the app’s existing structure and identifying the main pain points users were facing. I noticed that important features were either buried under multiple layers or visually underwhelming, making it hard for users to engage. With that insight, I focused on creating a design system that prioritized clarity, accessibility, and visual hierarchy.


The new interface features a clean, minimal, and modern aesthetic — with carefully chosen typography, color palettes, and spacing that create a sense of balance and sophistication.
I restructured the navigation for seamless user flow, ensuring that key sections such as rewards, clubs, and exclusive offers are easily accessible within just a few taps.

To make the experience more dynamic, I introduced a dedicated homepage for daily deals and special offers, allowing users to instantly see what’s new and relevant to them.
I also integrated gamification elements into
the club rewards system, turning engagement
into an interactive experience where users
feel motivated to participate, earn, and
unlock rewards.
Every design choice was made with customer satisfaction and usability in mind. The final outcome is an app that feels fresh, intuitive, and genuinely enjoyable to use. It bridges the gap between aesthetics and function, delivering an experience that not only meets user expectations but exceeds them. This redesign showcases how thoughtful design can revitalize an existing product and make it truly stand out in a competitive digital space.
