PASTICHE
The luxurious Alternative
“PASTICHE — The Luxurious Alternative,” I created a luxury handbag brand that redefines modern fashion through sustainability and compassion. This project involved building the brand from the ground up — from conceptualizing the brand identity to designing the physical handbags themselves.
Concept
PASTICHE was born from a desire to challenge the norms of luxury fashion and raise awareness about the ethical and environmental impacts of real leather. The brand brings together individuals who value style, sustainability, and social responsibility, offering a collection of handbags made entirely from pineapple leather (Piñatex), a plant-based cruelty-free alternative.
Purpose
At its core, PASTICHE represents more than just fashion, it embodies conscious living. My goal was to create a space where people can shop guilt-free, knowing their choices support a kinder, more sustainable world. The project reflects my deep compassion for animals and the environment, as well as my belief that luxury and ethics can coexist beautifully.




Reflection
As designers, we hold the power to influence perspectives and spark conversations through our work. PASTICHE is my way of using design as a voice for change — to show that thoughtful design can be both aesthetic and impactful, promoting awareness and inspiring a movement toward ethical luxury.
